New system for the Certified SolidWorks Professional Examination

SolidWorks certifications can be used as a stander to measure your knowledge and competency in relation to the SolidWorks software. Its exams focus on the fundamental skills necessary to ensure your overall success using SolidWorks. There are various certification courses which will make you able to secure a job or to handle your company. One of them is a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) course. Certificate of this course will be a proof of your ability to design and analyze parametric parts and moveable assemblies using a variety of complex features in SolidWorks.

New system of the CSWP Exam has been divided into three segments. The segmented exam allows you to take one segment at one time, in any order, and if you choose you can take all three in a row.  Once you pass a segment, you will not have to take it again.  If you fail a segment, you will have to take it again.  Once all three segments have been successfully completed, you will automatically receive your CSWP Certification.

First segment’s duration is 90 minutes, second segment takes 40 minutes and third of 80 minutes. You have to obtain minimum 75% in each segment to pass the examination. Candidate will receive electronic certificates, business card logos and personal listing on CSWP directory after clearing the exam.

Segment -1will teach you to use linked dimensions and equations to aid in modeling. You will learn to create configurations from other configurations in second segment. Creating an assembly and adding parts to an assembly will be taught in third segment.
